Harper Kennedy, pleasure.

I'm from a small village in Newbury, UK. Near Watership Downs.
I'm married to Alexander Kennedy, and we have a son, Christopher.
I used to be an agent at MI-6, transferred here to the United States and the FBI.
I now have a wedding planning business.

((This is a role playing blog.))

When Jayden had delegated both Alex and Harper to kitchen duty, they had looked at each other and they both knew that it was more of Alex on kitchen duty and Harper was on “don’t burn down the house” and dishes duty. She sat on a stool near the stove and watched Alex work diligently. They really didn’t talk except for the occasional question of where certain dishes were.

Harper felt odd not having Chris in the kitchen with them, but she knew he needed to have some time away from her and she hadn’t heard him crying yet.

They were just waiting for the birthday girl to walk in and see how ridiculously and festively the house was decorated. When Jayden had approached them with idea to throw Tessa a birthday party, it was a no brainer that they should hold it at their house. They did have the biggest house out of any friends.

A gift had been difficult to select. She decided on getting a catalog with interesting furniture and several buckets of paint to decorate the room they had designated as Tessa and Jeremy’s. Harper sighed and continued to watch Alex cook.

ooc: bleh. I’m sorry lovie. Sometimes friends just don’t get it.

ooc; I hardly ever go off on them, maybe that’s why. They’ve only seen the good. If I go off like this on my one friend, she’ll just completely blame herself. -_-

ooc: i’ve got a best friend a little like that. you have choose your words carefully

ooc; more like you can’t say anything that isn’t happy to her. Because no matter what she’ll find some way to twist it around to make it about herself.

Thoughts of a terrible RPer:

  • I will sit here and hope certain people come online so I can see their writing.
  • I will watch them interact with others and admire their gorgeous words.
  • I will tell them how much I love them because I do.
  • I will pout because the threads they are writing are not with me.
  • I will create threads with them. They will sit in my drafts.
  • I will continue pouting because the threads on my dash are not with me.
  • I will complain because my muse is a brat and won’t cooperate.
  • I will be disheartened when I am not on people’s crush lists but it will be my fault.
  • I will stare at threads and not be able to respond to them.
  • I will apologise profusely.
  • I will keep pouting.

I need some sleep.

Ah but you’re living the dream! A husband, a family, a big house. [she laughs] Of course it’s not my dream. I’m living my dream. A husband, a big family, and no responsibilities. [she laughs a little more]

Sure, the dream. [she laughs] How is married life for you?

I love it! It was great before and it’s great now. As long as we’re together it’ll continue to be great.

Sounds wonderful. [she smiles]

that sucks!!! I’m really sorry. Maybe it’s a situation where they knew somebody? Job hunting is such a soul sucking thing. I hated it. :/

ooc; see, I wouldn’t be bitter if that was. But no, that isn’t what happened. Life just sucks right now.

ooc: T_T I’m sorry!!! Stupid places! HIRE SHANNON!!! [hugs]

ooc; It’s just so frustrating because I need a job. The one girl with an interview, I don’t even know if she could handle a job because she’s so neurotic that one off hand comment makes her down spiral like crazy. It’s ridiculous that I’ve been applying for months and one friend applies to three places, gets two job offers in a week, and another already has an interview after two.

ooc;

excuse me while I go sob my eyes out.

Question: How do the two friends WHO CAN’T DRIVE THEMSELVES end up getting a job and an interview before me? I’ve had a job before, I’ve worked in retail, I have reliable transportation…

Fuck my life.

I need some sleep.

I think I’m going stir crazy. Honestly. Every day is the same thing. I kind of long for the days back when I could just say, I want to go to Chicago, pack up and go. And not have to worry about anything…

Oh silly Boss. That must be great for him. [she laughed, shaking her head] It is really nice to know I don’t have to worry about anything creeping up on me while I’m asleep. You’d think I wouldn’t have any trouble sleeping at all, wouldn’t you?

Oh, it’s bloody wonderful for him. [she laughed] I would definitely sleep like a log if Jeremy was there. The boy’s a miracle worker.

He’s a lot of things and a miracle is definitely one of them. [she smiled brightly, thinking of him] So, other than the lack of sleep how are things?

I think I’m going stir crazy. Honestly. Every day is the same thing. I kind of long for the days back when I could just say, I want to go to Chicago, pack up and go. And not have to worry about anything…

[sits on the porch and takes a deep breath] So nice today.
